Modified Swim & Dive Team

Practice & Meet Schedule

The modified swim & dive team will begin the season on Monday, November 30th. Practice times will be from 5:00-6:30 p.m. Middle School students can take the bus to the high school and are strongly encouraged to spend their pre-work out time completing their homework each day. Divers will practice with the diving coach at 4:00 p.m. each day.

There will be no practices when the school building is closed for holidays and snow days (except for a few practices during the holiday vacation). There will be no practices when school is closed due to weather or holidays,

and when the varsity swim team has a home meet (Dec.8, Dec.10, Jan.5, Jan.19)

Modified swimmers are encouraged to come out and cheer for the varsity team.

There are 5 modified swim meets. If you are in the ski club, there is one meet on a Wednesday that you could swim.

If you cannot attend a meet, please email Coach Matthews a week ahead. If you cannot make a practice, please let him know the reason. The greatest gains will be made by those who attend practice regularly and support their team at the meets.
